Dropped Attachments

I am experiencing what appears to be a random "dropping"
of attachments (eg. jpeg's, spreadsheets, etc.). When I
send out email with an attachment some people get it and
some don't, even withing the same service provider (eg.
Telus).
Can anyone tell me what is happening and possible
solutions?

A possible solution is that you are sending using Rich Text Format and your
recipients are not using Outlook. Change to Plain Text (preferred) or HTML
and see if that makes a difference.
