DTS import/Export Wizard Error

I try to import access to SQL 2000 server, there are some table I can not
import to, it gave me error:

Error Source: Microsfot JET Database Engine
Error Description: Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on "Electirc
Meter Locations'.
Context: Error calling OPenRowset on the provider.

I know there is no permission for this table, because I was able to open
through form designer, and modify the column field.

Need the help on this.
