Duplicate Address Book entries

I posted this question a few days ago but have seen no response so wondered
whether it appeared beyond my own server!

Where a Contact has more than one email address, their name is repeated in
the Address Book list but with nothing to distinguish between the two (or
more) entries. I have tried setting up different display names for the
different email addresses but it made no difference. How can I tell which
entry to select when picking email recipients using the Address Book list
(on clicking 'To..., Cc..., or Bcc...)?

I'm using Outlook XP/2002, Internet (POP3/SMTP) email.

The only thing you can do is use that little horizontal scroll bar to scroll
over and see which address is which. The design of the Address Book in
Outlook 2002 is poor.
