Duplicate calendar entries

Working on a MBP, Intel processor, running OS 10.5.2, and working with
Entourage 2008 (12.0.1):

I use my calendar in Entourage as my Œmain¹ calendar, but then sync it to
iCal (as I do with my addresses and notes) so that I can sync it on dot mac
and on my iPhone. I know I am not the first to have this issue, but why do
I have several duplicates of all-day events (8 notices for Memorial Day, for
example) and how can I prevent this happening?

I have installed the script to remove duplicate calendar events, but it
doesn¹t seem to have an effect on these all-day events. It seems I have to
go into each day these occurs and manually delete each duplicate.

It's a bug and you can't prevent it :-\

I assign categories to all my events. Categories don't sync so
duplicate don't have them.
All I have to do is to use a custum view in Entourage for all the events
and sort by category. I trash the ones without one once in a while...

Will you explain further please? I assign categories too. Are you saying events with categories duplicate or don't duplicate? Mine duplicate and I'm wondering if I stopped categorizing they would stop duplicating.

Has this bug been fixed yet? Or has anyone come up with a solution to stop it from happening? :smile:
