I am having a problem with duplicate contacts being created. I have my
Exchange server setup so when someone's enters in a new public contact
folder that it e-mails it to the personal mailbox so they can add it to the
private contact list. I have this being done because they want to sync with
their PALMS and Like older versions of POCKET PC you are unable to sync with
a public folder. This causes a major dilemma. So when there are any
modifications to the public contact the Public Folder e-mails the personnel.
When they save it to their private contact list it creates a duplicate and I
have it set up so that the contact folder will not allow duplicates.
Another piece of info is that they are running Outlook 2002/XP. I have
posted this a few times, but no responses yet.
