I access a pop account with entourage. I have it set to leave messages on
server for 10 days. I receive emails and delete some, read some etc. Every
few days, however, Entourage re-downloads all of the messages (often several
hundred) and I have to sort through them again.
This is very frustrating. Can anyone help identify the cause of this
behaviour? My isp says the problem is in Entourage loosing track of which
messages have already been downloaded. How can I correct this?
