H have multiple email accounts - One of my pop 3 accounts
needs to have the mail saved on the pop 3 server to be
viewed from one of my colleagues in a different time zone.
So naturally outlook settings are going to leave the mail
on the server - Cannot select the feature to delete with-
in 10 day's nor after deleted from outlook in case he
needs to view the email at a later time.
I have outlook set to check email every couple minutes.
Even though the mail has been viewed on the server & is
not a new mail message, outlook continuously downloads
every email as if it is a new email.
It keeps downloaded every email time after time after
time.
The only way I can get outlook to stop downloading is to
either close outlook or to delete this email account from
outlook. I have tried both & re-added the email account
& it keeps doing this again.
I just installed xp pro a few day's ago & a new version
of office 2k3. I've installed all of the updates for
windows & the only update for outlook is a junk e-mail
filter / security update.
Any suggestions for help with this annoying issue other
than installing another email client such as Eudora or
like clients?
