I¹m having a problem with duplicate addressing showing up when addressing
emails. The problem is that there is only one email address in my address
book no duplicates. Since we are on an Exchange server and also since with
phones , it is possible that the addresses are being pulled in from the
phone or from a central address list on the server? We never created a
central mail box everyone manages their own. I have also tried clearing the
recently used addresses and I still does not help.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
