duplicate emails/wmv files

I have two entourage problems:
When I recieve emails, there are always 2 of each message.
I can not open wmv file from email attachments.

Did you try installing Windows Media Player?

If you have Entourage 2004, you can find it in Office 2004 CD/Microsoft
Office 2004/Additional Tools/Windows Media Installer.

If you have Entourage X or 2001, get the latest version from the Microsoft
site (9 for OS X, 7.1 for OS 8/9).

Some Windows Media files are encoded with codecs that the Mac version
doesn't support. In that case there's not much you can do aside from buying
Virtual PC and using the Windows version of Windows Media Player.
