DUPLICATE LISTING

When I add a fax number to my contact, duplicate entries
show up in the Select Name dialog box when composing an e-
mail. There is only 1 entry in the Contacts folder. I
only want to see the e-mail address not the fax number
when selecting a contact to e-mail. Any ideas what is
happening and now I can change it? Thanks

I have a different problem but when investigating saw tha answer to this in
the Knowledge Base on line - sorry but cant remember what the reference was
but a search there should find it!
