I just recently got a new laptop and installed Office
2003 Professional on it.
When I got Outlook configured and opened it up, I had two
instances of my exchange mailbox showing in the
navigation pane.(I also have a .pst showing(thats normal))
While this in itself isnt a terrible problem, it however
causes me to see dupicate info whenever I search for a
contact. Also, on all of my devices I sync with my PC, I
have duplicate contact information.(Ipaq and Smartphone)
There is not a 'close' option when right clicking the
mailbox. I verified there is only one mailbox set up in
Outlook.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook. It
comes back with the exact same settings and shows the two
mailboxes.
Thanks for any help,
Jeff
