duplicate message from a certain sender

Using POP3 with Entourage 2004 on OS X 10.3...

Whenever I receive e-mail from one particular sender, it gets downloaded
twice. I know that I haven't actually received two messages, as I can log
into webmail and see that it's only there once. This isn't a particularly
horrible problem, but it's a bit annoying. Is this a known issue? Are there
any fixes for it?

I am having the same problem. I recently installed office 2004, copied one
of my old identities over and are using that as my main identity. I have
have 1 have one main pop account for my website (three email addresses under
that account) and one pop account for my cable provider. I am receiving
duplicated messages on the main pop account for my website. However, their
are not duplicate messages on the web based email server. Does anyone have
any suggestions?

I am using Osx 10.3.5 on a G4 and on a G5. Thanks in advance,
