Duplicate (mirror) Personal Folders

After adding .PST files to existing file folder and
opening the main one (outlook.pst) in Outlook 2003, there
now exists a duplicate, exact mirror image "Personal
Folders" folder in the Folders List. Both the Rename and
Disconnect functions are grayed out, presumably because
the duplicate Personal Folders folder is linked to the
same database. Any idea how to remove the mirror image
Personal Folders folder from the Folder List?
