I have two copies of Personal Folders in Outlook 2002 SP2. Neither can be
closed - the menu option is grayed out. They both point to the same
Outlook.pst folder, i.e. a change to one is reflected in the other.
I gave one of them a distinctive name and removed all references to it in
the registry, but the folder came back with the same name (on the second
restart of Outlook, the first had no name).
How can I get rid of one of these?
