duplicate .pst folders

I'm using Outlook 2003, and suddenly have three Personal
Folders .pst folders. ALL THREE get incoming messages
and are updated accordingly. ALL THREE reflect whatever
messages I send. Does anyone know why this happened -
and how to get rid of the two extra folders? Thanks!

This means your profile became corrupted. You can recreate it (do not copy
it!) in Control Panel-> Mail-> button SHow Profiles...

Thanks Robert... Do I just click on 'Add' on the General
tab? Do I need to delete the old one? Thanks for the
info!

I have the same problem, 2 Personal Folders. If you re-
create it, what happens to all the data? When I look in
Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles, there is only 1
profile there. I just don't want to loose my e-mails and
contacts when I re-create. Thanks in advance.

You can delete the old one. Make sure you know where your pst-file is
located so you can connect to to it by using File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File...
Then set it as the default delivery location in Tools-> E-mail Accounts->
button Next
