Duplicated entries in the Calendar

I use Entourage on two Mac's, I have a free standing Disk which
contains the complete Microsoft User Data Folder, and in general all
seems to work fine but for reasons I cannot understand every now and
again entries in the Calender get duplicated and sometime triplicated.
If I look in iCal there is no duplication there.

Is this a problem with Entourage or in the way I am operating?

I'm guessing you have all three modules in Entourage preferences set
for sync. If more than one module is turned on this is one of the
behaviors you'll see. Sync services in Entourage isn't working
properly with no fix to be seen on the horizon. Scan this forum or
Mactopia to get an idea of all the problems you will encounter using
sync services. I gave up on Entourage over two months ago as I could
no longer take it and have now gotten used to the Apple apps and have
had zero problems. Sync is critical to me. I did buy Contactizer Pro
the other day at half price as it has Entourage like power but whether
I'll use it or not remains to be seen. Their major issue is they don't
have a manual but I'm told that will shortly arrive as this is a
pretty feature laden program and without a manual its diffiicult to
figure out how to tap into it. But back to Entourage, I'm no longer
wasting hours with all the nasty's that sync services would do to my
data and even my database.
