Is there any way to duplicate an account (Tools/Accounts) in Entourage
without having to create everything from scratch?
No. It would create really bad problems if anyone were to duplicate an
account without changing any of the settings - great confusion. Presumably,
to avoid that happening, there's no shortcut available. There aren't really
so many settings as all that.
