ED DENMARK

I HAVE THE FOLLOWING DATA IN THESE COLUMNS. I WOULD LIKE
TO DUPLICATE THE INFO IN COLUMNS; D,E&F IN THE BLANK
SPACES BELOW THE INFORMATION (75...2/7/2004...62045)UNTIL
I REACH THE NEXT ROW OF DATA (113....9/4/2003....56600)
AND THEN DO THE SAME FOR ALL OTHER BLANK ROWS THAT I
HAVE. THE FILE IS VERY LONG AND A FORMULA WOULD SURE HELP.

COL D COL E COL F COL G
75 2/7/2004 62045 B2301601WH
B2302401WH
ROOGLUE
ETVY250
MEB12PW2J0
MEB12PW2P0
113 9/4/2003 56600 HIL0

See if this works...
I don't remember where I picked it up but it was probably
from this forum!

1. Select the range
2. Press Ctrl-G to get the Go To dialog box.
3. In the Go To dialog box, click Special.
4. Select the Blanks option.
5. Type = followed by the address of the first cell with
an entry in the column and press Ctrl-Enter.
6. Reselect the range and choose Edit, Copy.
7. Then select Edit, Paste Special, choose the Values
option, and click OK.
