Duplication of incoming and outgoing rules (Entourage 2004)

I'm afraid I know the answer to this, having found an old thread about
this subject (but is more complex that I need). I have a bunch of
incoming rules, almost all of which are "if any header is <string> then
move message to <folder>". The rule would be identical for outgoing
mail.

So, sigh, is there a way to duplicate the identical rules for outgoing
mail without having to re-enter all of them?
