Dynamic drop down boxes and form calculations

I want to populate drop down boxes based on user selections. i.e.
drop down box 1 = OH
so then drop down box 2 = (will populate all OH counties)

Then how would I make form calculations base on those selections, before
hitting the submit button, and that's my problem. I want the changes in
selction to reflect a total price before submitting, not after? i.e.
drop down box 1 = product A
drop down box 2 = product B
drop down box 3 = qty
text box = total

I am a relative novice. I appreciate any help someone could provide.

Assuming you want "Dynamic Dropdown Boxes", google for "Javascript
Dynamic Dropdown Boxes" w/o quotes.
