Dynamic Print Range

I need to create a dynamic print range that automatically adjusts based on
the size of a pivit table. The rows to repeat at top are static and
include the top of the pivot table but the length and width need to adjust.

I've tried using a named range that includes the offset function but Excel
seems to replace the formula or named reference with the actual references
so it doesn't stay dynamic.

Any ideas?
