E-Mail Account being unaccountable

Dave III

This is one of those problems that drive even the most stable people up a tree. Long story short, Outlook 2003 keeps telling me that the e-mail accounts (the profiles for downloading the e-mail) I set up aren't found and that maybe they are deleted, even after I just finished setting them up. Again. For the bazillionth time. >_<

I'm at my wit's end, mostly because I can't figure out what to do to next. Any suggestions about settings to look at or profiles to alter would be of great help.

removing and adding services). To do this go to Control Panel-> Mail->
button Show Profiles-> button Add...

You're welcome! Upgraded Outlook from a previous version to Outlook 2003?
Seems to happen more often.
