E-mail account doesn't work in Entourage

I can't seem to get one of my e-mail accounts to work in Entourage. It
works just fine in Mail as well as on my PC. All of my other e-mail
accounts work just fine in Entourage.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What 'doesn't work'? Does it error, or just not collect any mail?

If it errors, what does the error message say.

If it just gets no mail then is it included in the 'send & receive all'
schedule? Is another account/mail client collecting the mail and removing it
from the server?

What type of account? What versions of OS & Office?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I get an error that my "username/password or security settings may be
incorrect." I've checked my username and password and they are fine.
This account works just fine in Mail, and on my PC, just not in
entourage.

I'm on a brand new imac running osx and office 2004.

Good. Glad that solved it and thank you for writing back to confirm the
issue is resolved - the majority of times our suggestions go into a black
hole and we don't know if they worked or not!

Not that I know of. I haven't heard of any feedback mechanism. Still, the
thought is appreciated!
