E-Mail Accounts

This is one of those problems that drive the most stable people up a tree. Long story short, Outlook 2003 keeps telling me that the e-mail accounts I set up aren't found and that maybe they are deleted, even after I just finished setting them up. Again. For the bazillionth time. >_<

I'm at my wit's end, mostly because I can't figure out what to do to next. Any suggestions about settings to look at or profiles to alter would be of great help.
