I have the same question, it says that my account name and password are wrong even though they aren't.

You can copy contacts between Entourage and a Windows-based computer as a
CSV or tab-delimited file. Entourage can import and export files in either
of these formats, as well as files in other formats from many Windows-based
e-mail, spreadsheet, and database applications.

File Import
Click Contacts or messages from a text file, and then click the right arrow.
Click Import contacts from a tab- or comma-delimited text file, and then
click the right arrow. It does not mention .csv, but it's the same as import
tab delimited.Locate the text file that you want to import, and then click
Import.

Now to get your data out of Yahoo: A quick Google search found the following
solutions.

Now, to export your Yahoo! Mail address book to a CSV file:

In Yahoo! Mail:
Select Options | Mail Options... from the Yahoo! Mail menu.
Go to the Contact Options category.
In Yahoo! Mail Classic:
Go to Options.
Go to the Address Book category.
Select Import/Export under Management.
Look for Yahoo! CSV under Export and click Export Now.
Click Save when prompted what to do with the file download.
Choose the location where you want to save the Yahoo.csv copy of your Yahoo!
Mail address book.
