E-mail addresses erase when sync Contacts w/ Palm

All of the group lists and e-mail contacts from the inbox were erased when i
did a sync from outlook with my palm. we have backup software, but i don't
know which file to restore to get this back. it is imperative that i retrieve
these e-mail addresses!
