e-mail archive and my address book files?

my e-mail archive and my address book are probably the most important
files on my computer, but i'm not entirely sure where they are and
what they're called under entourage x.
can someone let me know, so i know what to back-up?

Just copy the Microsoft User Data folder to another drive to create a
complete backup of your Entourage data. The location of your Microsoft
