Recently upgraded from 2000 to Office Xp. Now Outlook can see the Contacts
list in the Contacts folder but cannot see it when trying to use it for
e-mail addresses. We have tried numerous things to get it to work. First,
under the folder properties of the Contacts folder the "show this folder as
e-mail address book" selection is dimmed. Next we tried removing the Outlook
Address book from the Tools>E-mail accounts>View or change existing
directories. Then closing Outlook and restarting. Finally, we tried adding
a pst under Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Data Files>Add, then changing the
delivery of the e-mail to the new pst. Nothing has worked so far. Any help
is very much appreciated.
