E-mail composing / Blackberry problem

Our staff uses Blackberries and Entourage. Blackberries compose
emails like this:
TO: [email protected]
TO: [email protected]
TO: [email protected]

Normally, emails are formatting like this:
TO: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

Entourage is not picking up this formating and when you look at an
email in Entourage sent from a Blackberry with multiple receipients,
you only see the first "TO:" The same thing happens when there are
multiple people CC'ed.

This is causing huge communication errors with our staff. Is there a
patch for Entourage that fixes this problem? Any one know?

This is Blackberry's problem to solve. As you can see in section 3.6 of the
mail format spec, the must be at most 1 To: header in a properly formatted
mail message:
