E Mail Install Comcast

S

Stoneman

I am re installing my quick access to my comcast.net e mail account,
following a computer crash (erasing all settings). I have Miscrosoft Office
Outlook 2003 which was not what we used previously. We just used Something
Else (I dont know what) because, three years ago, we could not get the
Outlook Connection to work. Comcast.net says that this product is The Same as
Miscrosoft Outlook Express which they support. THis is true, they say, even
though the word EXPRESS appears no where on the product. They gave me all
kinds of secret codes and settings but cannot get the access to work. THey
say the problem is Miscrosoft's. Any ideas? (I can access my account via
the normal remote method through their website.) Thanks. Ed.

Sorry - crystal ball is still on vacation.

Define "secret codes and settings."

Define "cannot get access to work."

You have provided nothing to base any troubleshooting on, not even a simple
error message.

Please try again.
