E-mail not reflecting time change

E-mail that is being sent out is not reflecting the time change.
The computer iteself has updated to the new time, yet outlook is not.

Within Outlook go to Tools, OPtions, Calendar Options. Time Zone, and make
sure Adjust for Daylight Savings time is checked.

I have over 40 users, Do I have to go one by one ?
