i am using adelphia power link and cannot send or recieve
e-mail through outlook, although e-mail functions
properly through adelphia web acess.
the message is: Task' microsoft mail server - sending and
recieving' reported error(0x8004210a):'the operation
timed out waiting for a response from the recieving (pop)
server, if you continue to recieve this message, contact
your server adm or isp.
adelphia verifies that everything is set correctly,but
cannot solve the problem.
using home ofc xp 2000
