Two problems are occurring, which started after downloading the last M/Soft
updates concerning Outlook, which has always performed exceptionally well.
1. When I click on send : the e-mail goes to my Outbox and appears with an
icon of an open envelope half hidden by a letter page, to its left .. It is
impossible to send this e-mail without opening it again and re-clicking send
( sometimes once or twice ) whereupon the icon becomes just the open
envelope in my Outbox and the e-mail sends as normal.
2. When typing a reply e-mail and wishing to click on Drafts to include a
pre-formatted reply .. on clicking Drafts .. a single or double error sound
occurs .. Outlook ( Office XP on Windows 2000 Pro ) freezes and I have to
click on Show Desktop to find and click away these error messages :
" It is illegal to call out while inside a message filter " or that I am
in the middle of an " Imput Synchronous call ".. before things return to
normal and I can carry on using Drafts and Outlook.
These problems have only recently started happening .. has anyone any
explanation please ?
)
Cheers
