E-mail tests OK but can't collect e-mail

I added an e-mail account to Outlook (2003) and it set up fine (everything
tests OK). But nothing happens when I click "Send and receive". Messages are
sent OK when I select send, but I can't get incoming mail and nothing (at
all) appears to happen when I select "Send and receive" (or press F9).

Any ideas?
