Is it possible to confirm a sent e-mail from entourage being recieved.
I want to make sure it was recieved without asking anyone.

The only way to know for sure is to ask the recipient. You can request a
return receipt if you wish. However, don't count on receiving one, since
many mail clients don't acknowledge them.
