For the last several hours whenever I use my Entourage version 11.4.0 program to open my mailbox, I receive the same six messages and no new messages that I know have been sent. I have deleted them several times, shut down Entourage, and turned off my computer, but this problem is continuing. Any suggestions?

A different perspective is often helpful. Are you able to log in to your
E-mail account via a web browser and see any problems that stick out?
You might consider deleting the messages from there and see how
Entourage reacts after that.
