Somehow I ended up having my e-mail sent to m/s outlook, instead of my
regular mail (outlook express). Do I uninstall this program, and how do I do
it thankyou, (e-mail address removed)

You can remove Outlook by running MS Office's setup and remove it from
there.

Also, if you remove your email account from Outlook, it can't receive your
mail

The answer is simple. Don't run Outlook and it can't download your mail.
If you want to use Outlook and Outlook Express, remove the mail account from
Outlook.
