e-mails going to address book automatically

Hello - Is there a way to STOP every e-mail address that is received from entering the address book??

Normally, addresses do not go into the address book. They do go, however,
into the Most Recently Used list, from which Entourage will propose them for
future e-mails. Please look at the following:
