Edit a message

I need to collect emails from certain senders and write personal notes in each. Is it possible to edit a message? Or do I have to forward the email to myself and delete the original?

With messages on your own computer or in IMAP/POP accounts, you can use the
"Edit Message" function found on the "Edit" menu, but for some reason this
isn't available for messages in Exchange accounts.

You could copy/move the messages to a local folder (ie, "On My Computer")
and edit them there -- this is probably the safest option anyway, as edits
made to a message will not be reflected on the server itself -- they remain
only in the local Entourage database anyway.
