Hi 43fan ([email protected]),
in the newsgroups
you posted:
|| This might be a stupid question, but can you change the colors of
|| the items in the Design Gallery? I want to use some of the buttons
|| that are there, but the color is wrong. Basically just want to
|| change the areas that are blue, to red. Is this possible? And, is
|| it so easy to do that I'm just "missing it"?
||
|| Please excuse my ignorance.
||
|| Also, please excuse the handle, I post in a racing ng as well. And,
|| if this isn't the appropriate group for this, please forgive as well.
You cannot permanently change the colors. However, if you insert the Design
Gallery Object, then double click on the color you want to change, you will
be prompted with the color format dialog box and you can change the color
for this particular publication. You could also add this object to My
Objects in the Design Gallery, then save this publication as a template.
Doing so will keep your object available under My Objects in the Design
Gallery.
