Entourage X - is it possible to edit the CONTACTS database without opening
each distinct contact? When transfering data from a PC (about two months
ago) the contact's Job Description was mapped to the "Personal Title" field
(Mr, Mrs, Ms, etc) resulting in a weird display when I clecik the summary
view for a contact.
I don't care about the job description and would like to just eliminate data
that is in the "Title" field - but I can't find the actual database. With over a
1000 contacts, I would rather not open each open to make the change.
Ideas?
