edit frequent contact list?

When typing the first few characters in email address section, frequently
used address populate a selection window.

I have an end user that has multiple of a single person show up and most
were miss-spelled email addresses.

These do NOT exist in their contact list...

I would like to be able to clear out the "wrong choices" for the end user so
the calls to my desk stop.

Just tell the user to move to the wrong addresses when they appear using the
arrow keys, and hit "delete"...
