Edit Hyperlink Dialog Box Issue

My Edit Hyperlink dialog box no longer works on all Office 2003 programs that
I have. (I currently have the 2003 professional version of MS office.)

In most programs the "OK" button can not be selected. In MS Word the Insert
Hyperlink function does not even open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.

What happened?
