Edit Message Grayed out

Hi,

We currently have two clients wth PowerBook G4's running Entourage
syncing to an Exchange 2003 server. One of our clients wants to edit
the subject line of received mail and he is unable to do so. Going to
the "Message" menu link in Entourage the Resend, Receive Entire Message
and Edit Message are grayed out as are all the links under the Forman
menu link for the exception of Character Set. I confirmed that his mail
and news format are set to HTML. He also has a Dell portable syncing
with the server as a backup until he's comfortable with the Mac.

Any idea on how to enabled these features in Entourage?

Please ask a proper question, explaining exactly what the problem is, under
what circumstances it occurs, and what version of Entourage you're using.
