Edit or Delete commands from attachments popup menu

In emails with attachments in Outlook 2003, if I open the message and
right-click on the attachment, I can select from multiple commands (e.g.
Open, Print, Save As, etc.).

Too many times, I accidentally click Print instead of Save As, so I'm
wondering if there's a way to either reorder the commands (and put Print at
the bottom) or delete commands altogether?

The ease of having the Print command on the popup menu does not outweigh the
waste of unintentional printing.
