I read in this forum that there is a script that adds an "edit subject" item to the menu for Entourage 2004. Will it work as per the said post for Entourage 2008?

that's the link I had read. so I take it your answer to my question is a simple "YES" Thank you.

It works quite well in Entourage 2008. There's no need for this script in
Entourage 2004 as you can edit subject lines quite easily through a menu.
This functionality is missing in Entourage 2008 only.
