Editing accounts problem

Hi gang:
I'm enjoying Office Mac 2004 but can't edit my accounts. I get an error
message. Anyone else have this problem? What's the solution you've found?

Quit, relaunch, and do not view any complex HTML messages before you edit
your accounts. If you ever do view such a message, you'll need to quit and
restart before you can edit your accounts again.
