Editing drop down list

How do I edit a drop down list in a cell.

what do you meant with Edit? And what kind of drop down are you using
(Data - Validation?)

If the cell has a data validation list, it may be typed in the Data
Validation dialog box (Data>Validation), or in cells in the workbook.
You can change either source list.
