editing Mailmerge locks windows XP

I have a user who when ever they try to edit a mail merge locks up her
system. Any ideas as to what might cause this error. It appears a bit vague
and as more information comes in I will update this post.

Still nothing huh? No one has run into this at all yet? Must be software
issue or user error on users end then.

I suspect if you posted more specifics, you might have a better chance of
getting some answers.

As it is, we don't even know what application and version of that
application your user is working with. So I'd say "a bit vague" is an apt
description! <g>

I just got off the phone with the client and they stated they are running
Office 2000 on Windows XP with service pack 2
