Editing Multiple Junk Senders?

I get literally 300 plus junk emails a day at my work address. I try my best to keep up with editing the addresses down (pruning them) to the bare address.

Ex: ([email protected]) edited to (@netmail.com) to prevent spammers who simply change names to dodge the filters.

As it is, I've missed a few days and have thousands of email address to edit in my junk senders list. Is there a quicker and easier way I can do this, as opposed to opening up the 'Junk Senders.txt' and going through each address?

Is there a plugin I could download to do this? Can I simply use Excel or something similar? If not, might I suggest an option to be able to prune address accordingly in future updates of Outlook for better spam filtering?

It's gotten so bad that I've had to set rules just for the email that I wish to keep to move them to seperate folders during incoming messages. My Inbox can no longer be used to view emails that I want, I have to use it to block the 300+ spam emails I get per day.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627)
